San Luis is surrounded by four hectares of vegetables, berries and rare spices. This cultivation is in the safe hands of Harald Gasser, who is deeply dedicated to sustaining biodiversity and to purity of method, to being enriched by learning from the past, to rediscovering forgotten flavours. Because there is always new alchemy at the source.
Breakfast at home

Breakfast at home.

Breakfast at San Luis is a private ritual. It is served directly in the chalets and the tree houses to allow all the guests to start the day unhurried, at their own rhythm. Home-made breads and cakes, spreads, but also fresh milk and salami; South Tyrolean tradition revisited for a taste of abundant goodness.
Flavours released

The San Luis proposes a special culinary service where all meals are included in the price of the stay. Each guest can choose to sample the menu in the Clubhouse, the central hub of the resort, or a range of classic traditional cottage dishes in complete relaxation in their own chalet. They can also choose from the grill or other South Tyrolean specialities. Gluten-free and lactose-free food on request.
Endless pleasure

Endless pleasure.

At San Luis, guests are free to choose where to eat lunch and dinner. As well as the à la carte menu, guests can choose starters featuring local products, cold sliced meats and light salads, all of which can be eaten conveniently either in the communal areas or in chalets. The more peckish guests will find in the afternoon craft ice creams and a rich selection of desserts and fruits available.
